LEADOPSShine Bros

Deals by buyer type

Each lead is profiled on import and assigned exactly one of these. The wording below is what lands in their email, so it has to be something the business will actually honour.

6 deals are missing terms. I deliberately left the numbers blank — a discount or wholesale rate is the owner's margin to set, not something this system should invent. Anything still in [[double brackets]] is blocked from sending: the send will fail for that lead rather than mail a placeholder to a customer.

How assignment works

On import the agent builds a profile for each lead from their title, company, industry and city, picks the buyer type, and assigns the matching deal. A wealthy individual gets the single-car intro rate; a fleet operator gets wholesale; a dealership gets volume recon pricing. Where the data is too thin to tell, the lead falls back to Standard — a free quote with no discount — rather than guessing and offering the wrong thing.
